Shawn W. Rogers, Founder & Managing Partner:

Shawn W. Rogers, Founder, was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Louisiana in 2005. Mr. Rogers is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where he received a B.S. in Economics and Finance. While at Southern Methodist University Mr. Rogers received the Wallace Lovejoy Memorial Award for Excellence and Innovation in the Field of Economics.

After graduation, Mr. Rogers attended Loyola University Law School (New Orleans) where he received his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Rogers received several Top Honors while at Loyola Law School, most notably in Trial Mastery, Litigation Mastery, Mediation Mastery and Ethics.

Prior to, during and briefly after attending Loyola Law School Mr. Rogers worked as a stock broker and asset management specialist for Pan American Life, Financial Division.

Mr. Rogers is presently a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Greater Covington Bar Association, and the Louisiana Association for Justice. Mr. Rogers' practice is focused on General Litigation including personal injury, premises liability, contractual law, criminal defense and corporate representation.

Additionally, Mr. Rogers speaks both English and Spanish.


Louis M. Butler:

Louis M. Butler is a native of New Orleans and St. Tammany Parish. He is a 1994 graduate of LSU Law School and is admitted to practice law in all state and Federal courts in Louisiana. Mr. Butler's over twenty-two years of legal experience include approximately 10 years as a prosecutor and administrator in both the 24th Judicial District Court and the 22nd Judicial District Court. Additionally, he has approximately 12 years experience in civil litigation as a sole practitioner and as staff counsel for Allstate Insurance Companies and The Hartford.

Mr. Butler’s criminal experience ranges from prosecution of violent crimes including capital murder, to supervision of the St. Tammany Parish misdemeanor divisions for approximately five years. 

Mr. Butler's civil experience ranges from pursuit of property and casualty, employment and civil rights claims to defense of property and casualty claims.
